Baylor Scott & White Memorial Hospital in Temple, TX, is seeking a *(RN) Nurse Manager* to join our amazing Progressive Care Unit that focuses on Renal Transplant, Urology, Peritoneal Dialysis, Pulmonary HTN, and more. The Temple Memorial campus is a 636-bed specialty care teaching hospital and the only Level 1 Trauma Center between Dallas and Austin. It is one of eight nationally accredited Pulmonary Hypertension Centers in Texas. *Unit Summary* STC 3 is a 35-bed monitored hospital unit that cares for a unique population of patients ranging from young adults to geriatrics. Our diverse patient population includes complex urology patients, pulmonary hypertension patients, kidney and pancreas transplant patients, peritoneal dialysis patients, and radioactive implant cases. STC 3 is the only unit in the hospital that performs peritoneal dialysis. STC 3 is the only floor equipped with lead-lined rooms to care for patients receiving radioactive therapies in the inpatient setting. *What You'll Do:* As a valued member of our multidisciplinary team, you will gain hands-on experience and specialized skills including: • Peritoneal Dialysis management • Epidural • Continuous Bladder Irrigation • Nephrostomy and Urostomy care • Complex urinary catheter insertions and care • Suprapubic catheter insertion and care You'll also have the opportunity to train in ultrasound guided IV insertion, expanding your clinical expertise and contributing to exceptional patient outcomes. *Benefits* Our competitive benefits package includes the following • Immediate eligibility for health and welfare benefits • 401(k) savings plan with dollar-for-dollar match up to 5% • Tuition Reimbursement • PTO accrual beginning Day 1 Note: Benefits may vary based upon position type and/or level *Qualifications* * Bachelor's degree. * A minimum of three years' professional experience is required for this role. * RN licensed. * You also need Basic Life Support certification within the first 30 days on the job.
