Today we are hiring an Executive Director of Emergency Services Nursing Operations in Des Moines, IA. This position is full-time and the salary is $140,000.00 per year.

You will drive strategic initiatives to improve patient outcomes, optimize healthcare resources, and foster collaboration among clinical and community partners. Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for Integrated Care Management programs across hospital and ambulatory settings
Lead multidisciplinary teams including RN Care Managers, RN Care Coordinators, and Licensed Social Workers
Build strong partnerships with clinical leaders, community organizations, and cross-functional stakeholders
Drive process improvement initiatives to reduce readmissions, improve patient flow, optimize length of stay, and enhance care coordination outcomes
Ensure compliance with federal and state regulatory requirements
Coach, mentor, and develop team members fostering collaboration, accountability, and service excellence
Analyze clinical, operational, and financial performance metrics to support strategic growth and quality improvement

Requirements
Master's degree or higher
Program Management (1+ years)
ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:
Registered Nurse (RN) in Iowa (IA)
Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC)
