Bachelor's deg in English, legal studies, or rltd field; 2 yrs' work exp independently managing case tasks at an immigration law firm incl document translation & coord'g document collection & prep'n; Familiarity w/ terminology in U.S. immigration laws; Full prof'l proficiency in English; Native or bilingual proficiency in Spanish; Ability to manage projects independently.
