Company Overview

First Children Services is a diversified provider of pediatric behavioral health and special education services throughout New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Through our services and our dedicated workforce of teachers, therapists, behavior technicians, BCBAs and support staff, we carry out our mission of delivering Life Changing Outcomes for Exceptional Kids.

The single-most critical factor in helping kids achieve “life-changing outcomes” is enabling them to access the power of education. Whether they are newly diagnosed with autism, suffer from crippling anxiety, or have complex medical or intellectual challenges, getting an education is key to their long-term happiness and independence. At its heart, the mission of FCS is to remove barriers and promote the ability of the children it serves to access education and, in turn, open for them a wealth of meaningful life options. This is something at FCS we refer to as Educational Empowerment.

We are a family owned and operated organization with our history dating back to 2009. Over the past 16 years, we have built FCS to provide a variety of services to children, families and school districts. Our services include private special education schools, school based autism/mental health services, therapeutic education programs for students with mental health challenges and ABA therapy for young children in home, clinic and community settings. The diversity of our services and locations allows our staff to impact the lives of our clients in a variety of settings.
