HealthFirst Bluegrass is seeking a passionate and dedicated Lead RN to support the daily operations of our School-Based Health Program at William Wells Brown Elementary. This role combines clinical excellence, team coordination, community partnership, and leadership to help ensure students have access to high-quality healthcare services where they need them most.
What You'll Do
Coordinate daily clinic operations, staff workflows, and patient care activities.
Provide direct nursing support and assist providers in delivering exceptional care.
Foster strong partnerships with school personnel, families, and community organizations.
Support quality improvement initiatives, compliance efforts, and program performance goals.
Lead team huddles, coordinate outreach events, and contribute to the continued growth of our school-based health services.
Help create a positive, collaborative environment focused on improving the health and well-being of students and families.

Requirements
Active Kentucky RN license.
BSN with 3 years of nursing experience, or ADN with 5 years of related nursing experience.
Strong leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills.
A passion for community health, collaboration, and serving children and families.
