A private, not-for profit healthcare system is in search of a full-time Urology Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to join a team of providers committed to improving the health and wellness of their community comprised of northwestern New Mexico and eastern Arizona.
• Bread and butter Urology practice joining an established Urologist
• Practice at the top of your license
• Flexible schedule with a balance of OR assist, clinic, and administrative time.

Compensation & benefits:
Unique recruitment budget of $40K to allocate towards what matters to you, including:

Never ending base salary starting at MGMA median plus productivity and retention bonuses.
