Job Description:
Our CNAs provide daily care to our residents by supporting their daily activities of living. This includes bathing/bathroom assistance and providing emotional support and encouragement. Monitoring and reporting changes in health, behavioral, and overall needs of our residents. We are seeking folks that are genuinely interested in supporting our residents and their team members. Any experience you may have working with seniors is a plus; however, it is not required. Other requirements include valuing and respecting our residents and having consistent attendance and a reliable method of transportation. We would also like you to be able to correspond and document properly for resident charting purposes, as well as have excellent oral communication, reading, and writing. You also must be able to pass a background check with the State of Oregon.
Shift: Full-time, day shift and NOC shift available
Compensation Range: $23.00 to $27.00 per hour (based on verifiable experience level)

Requirements
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- CNA license
- Speak, read and write English fluently
- Value and respect of elderly/assisted living
- Have consistent attendance/reliable method of transportation
- Ability to correspond and document properly in charts and portal
- Excellent oral communication, reading comprehension skills, written communication
