Competitive Pay
We offer an above ward base pay with generous commission bonuses:
43% for new grads
Up to 55% for senior physios
Depending on your caseload, earnings typically range from $100,000–$140,000 per year (including super). You have full control over your caseload and schedule.
Scholarship/ Relocation assistnace
You may be eligible for:
Up to $10,000 per year through the Workforce Scholarship Program
Relocation assistance to help you settle into the region through the NSW Rural Health Workforce Incentive Scheme (RHWIS): up to $20 000 if approved before 20 June 2026.
