We partner with leading REI clinics and academic institutions to deliver care that is smarter, earlier, and more targeted.
The Role
This is a foundational Registered Nurse role on the Beyond clinical care team. As a primary day-to-day clinical touchpoint for patients, you'll focus on education, coordination, and ongoing support – translating provider decisions into patient actions, while Nurse Practitioners and Reproductive Endocrinologists lead diagnostic interpretation and clinical decision-making.
This role supports patients pursuing pre-conception care, with a focus on metabolic health, PCOS, endometriosis, hormonal optimization, and overall readiness for conception. This role does not manage IVF, IUI, or treatment cycles.
This role is highly patient-facing and execution-oriented. You'll work within established protocols in close collaboration with our clinical and operations teams to deliver exceptional virtual care.
What You’ll Do
Patient Support & Communication
Educate patients on infertility evaluations, diagnostics, medications within scope, and care pathway expectations
Serve as a primary asynchronous clinical contact for patients via secure messaging
Respond to patient clinical questions within scope, escalating to NP or REI as appropriate
Offer compassionate support throughout the pre-conception journey
Share patient feedback with the clinical and product teams
Diagnostics Coordination
Guide patients through fertility diagnostics (labs, genetic testing, and imaging)
Ensure patients understand preparation, timing, and follow-up requirements
Track diagnostic completion and proactively flag delays or issues
Care Pathway Support
Provide individualized patient counseling on best practices for conception (e.g. how to track ovulation properly)
Reinforce care plans created by providers
Support patient adherence to clinical care pathways
Monitor patient progress toward goals and escalate concerns to NPs and REIs
Clinical Triage & Documentation
Triage symptoms, questions, and results using established protocols
Document all patient interactions accurately in our clinical platform
Maintain seamless clinical handoffs across the care team
Care Operations & Quality Improvement
Collaborate with product and operations teams to improve workflows and patient experience
Identify gaps in education, coordination, or clinical tools
Help refine care protocols and processes
What We’re Looking For
Required:
Active RN license in California and Minnesota (or able to obtain)
3+ years of clinical nursing experience
Experience in OB/GYN, women's health, or endocrinology
Strong clinical judgment and excellent written communication skills
Highly organized and comfortable working in an early-stage, fast-paced environment
Comfort with virtual-first, asynchronous care delivery
Strongly Preferred:
Prior fertility clinic or IVF experience
Familiarity with fertility diagnostics, imaging workflows, and genetic testing
Experience supporting specialty, tech-enabled, or concierge care models
Passion for building new care delivery models
