About the Role
As Medical Director, your responsibilities will include:
Providing medical leadership and vision for the hospital
Collaborating with the Hospital Director to ensure operational excellence
Mentoring and developing clinicians to uphold clinical best practices
Leading quality assurance, continuing education, and case review initiatives
Supporting recruitment, retention, and professional development efforts
Championing a culture of collaboration, respect, and innovation
Maintaining a partial clinical caseload to stay actively engaged in patient care
This role offers the opportunity to influence both the strategic direction of the hospital and the daily delivery of advanced veterinary medicine.
