RN Clinical Manager Monday - Friday w/ On Call Rotation Wage: $92,374 – $100,028 (DOE) At Little Falls Health Services, we believe that exceptional care begins with exceptional leadership. As the RN Clinical Manager, you will provide clinical leadership to nursing staff, mentor and support team members, collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams, and ensure high-quality resident care. What You’ll Do
Provide leadership, supervision, and mentorship to nursing staff
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional resident care
Manage staffing, scheduling, and regulatory compliance
Foster teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For
Current, unencumbered RN license in Minnesota
Current CPR certification
Strong communication and leadership skills
Compassion and respect for the elderly and individuals in need of care
Ability to work collaboratively with staff, residents, and families
