Location: Will provide support for UNC Medical Center in Chapel Hill, UNC Hillsborough, UNC Health Rex in Raleigh and UNC Health Rex in Holly Springs, Those with a background in behavior health will also float to Youth Behavioral Health in Butner, NC.
Salary Range: $33.88 - $47.91 per hour (Hiring Range)
Schedule: Full-time 12 hours x 3 days/week, Part-time 12 hours x 2 days/week. Per diem is 1 shift per week. Flexible scheduling options are available.

Our newly launched Central Staffing Office is a dynamic, system-wide internal staffing pool supporting these UNC Health–owned hospitals:
- UNC Medical Center
- UNC Hillsborough Hospital
- UNC REX Hospital
- UNC REX Holly Springs Hospital
- UNC Youth Behavioral Health (with prior Behavioral Health nursing experience)
You’ll float across multiple facilities, providing hands-on care in at least two of these high-impact clinical areas:
- Acute (Med-Surg & ED Holding)
- Critical Care
- ED
