Overview:

We're looking for a Nursing IT Support Tech to assist our nursing staff with navigating and optimizing UKG/Kronos systems. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys solving problems, streamlining workflows, and making a real impact in a healthcare setting.

What You'll Do:

• Provide hands-on support to nursing staff using UKG/Kronos for scheduling, timekeeping, and workforce management.
• Troubleshoot system issues and serve as a liaison between nursing teams and IT departments.
• Train and guide staff on best practices for using UKG/Kronos efficiently.
• Assist with data entry, reporting, and system updates as needed.
• Collaborate with HR, payroll, and clinical teams to ensure smooth operations.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience with UKG/Kronos or similar workforce management systems.
• Strong communication skills and a patient, helpful attitude.

Preferred Experience:

• 2+ years of experience providing IT or system support.
• Familiarity with UKG/Kronos or other workforce management/timekeeping systems.
• Experience working with clinical teams or in a hospital environment is highly valued.
• Strong troubleshooting, training, and communication skills.
