Nurse Manager – Same Day Surgery

Inspira Health, the region’s leading network of healthcare providers, is seeking an experienced Nurse Manager to oversee Same Day Surgery, PAT, and PACU services at our Mullica Hill campus. This full-time, day-shift role carries 24-hour responsibility for ensuring high-quality patient care, operational excellence, and effective leadership of nursing staff. Working collaboratively with physicians, interdisciplinary leaders, and clinical teams, you will ensure compliance with regulatory standards while implementing the philosophy, policies, and goals of Inspira Health. The pay range for this position is $55.55–$76.24 per hour.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage daily operations of the Same Day Surgery, PAT, and PACU units to ensure delivery of safe, high-quality patient care
• Apply AONL Nurse Leader Core Competencies, including professionalism, relationship management, business skills, and healthcare environment expertise
• Develop, evaluate, and implement nursing policies, procedures, and initiatives aligned with organizational goals
• Support, mentor, and evaluate nursing staff to foster engagement, clinical excellence, and a positive work environment
• Maintain regulatory compliance and ensure timely and accurate clinical documentation

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Nursing; Master’s degree preferred
• Current New Jersey RN license, plus BLS required (ACLS as applicable)
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a staff nurse or charge nurse
• National specialty certification required within three years of hire
• Strong leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills, with the ability to make sound, timely decisions
