Description

We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a Long-Term Care (LTC) unit located on a hospital campus. This role involves providing quality patient care, supporting clinical teams, and ensuring effective communication with healthcare providers.

 
Key Responsibilities
Perform patient assessments and monitor health status
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Notify MD/NP of any significant patient changes
Assist with admissions and discharges
Provide ADL (Activities of Daily Living) support
Perform specialized care including:

Gastrostomy tube care
Urinary catheter care
Nebulized treatments
Wound VAC care
CPAP care
Tracheostomy care
Carry out additional nursing duties as assigned

Days-6:00 am - 6:30 pm

Requirements

Active LPN license (state license required upon acceptance)

CERTS: MUST HAVE A CURRENT, UNRESTRICTED CO LICENSE

LTC experience required * MDS Experience preferred

HOUSING: SHARED Housing Available.
The housing is furnished and is within the city limits and includes WI-FI and cable.
