Job Description
The Indiana University East School of Nursing and Health Sciences is seeking applicants for a Lecturer in Nursing position. Opportunity to teach in the BSN , RN to BSN mobility option, and MSN programs. Positions begin fall 2026. Candidates must demonstrate a strong desire to excel in teaching and provide ongoing support for student success, in and out of the classroom, interacting with students and faculty from a variety of backgrounds. Experience in mother baby care and medical surgical nursing is preferred for this position. H-1B visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
Basic Qualifications
- A master's degree in nursing
- Evidence of eligibility for licensure in Indiana.
- Minimum of 2 years of practice as a registered nurse (RN).
- Demonstrated commitment to excellence in teaching and student success.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a professional and collaborative team environment.
- Demonstrated commitment to creating an engaging and supportive academic environment for faculty, staff, and students from a variety of backgrounds.
- Experience in mother baby care and medical-surgical nursing specialty.

Additional Qualifications
