Internship starts in XXXX 20XX. *Essential Functions of the Role* * Participate in educational activities and hands-on, mentor-led clinical experiences. * Offer assistance and care, ranging from minor to severe cases, as a key part of a dynamic team. * Contribute significantly to the development and establishment of clinical guidelines and procedures within your unit. *Key Success Factors* * A newly achieved graduate degree from a recognized nursing school. * You have a Registered Nurse certification and an Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
