The successful Director of Health Services will bring 5+ years of experience as a Health Facility Administrator and will have a current HFA license in Indiana.  A working knowledge of regulations as well as the ability to lead a team with a focus on quality and excellence is key.  Great communication and relationship skills will be necessary as there is daily communication with staff, residents and families.  A creative and strategic approach to solving problems will be necessary as will a love of people and a sense of humor.

This role provides leadership and support to the healthcare areas of the Swiss Village campus.

Requirements

Previous leadership experience and the skills required to build healthy teams and to develop staff.
Great communication skills and follow through.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Health Care Administration, Public Health Administration, Bachelors of Science in Nursing, or related field
Current unencumbered Health Facility Administrator’s license in the state of Indiana
A passion for serving older adults
This position will report to the CEO.
