A well-established, community-focused birth center is seeking an experienced Certified Nurse Midwife to join a collaborative team committed to low-intervention, patient-centered care. This role offers the chance to practice full-scope midwifery in a setting that supports physiologic birth, continuity of care, and meaningful patient relationships.
- Full-scope midwifery in a freestanding birth center setting
- Provide prenatal, intrapartum, postpartum, and well-woman care
- Attend deliveries in a home-like, family-centered environment
- Collaborative relationship with consulting OB/GYNs and local hospital for seamless transfers
- Assisting during c-sections
- Manageable call schedule designed to support work-life balance
